Job Description:
Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Policy and Process /
Procedure / Training Management team. Key job duties include development of key deliverable
for timely completion in line with project timelines, focusing on policies, process mapping,
procedures and process improvement initiatives. Responsible for managing the documentation and
optimization of all processes for business divisions within the agreed scope of work and will
encompass oversight of processes covered in moderate to complex business areas of the bank.
Responsibility for ensuring that the required key operational risk controls and checks are
incorporated and that assignment are managed via tight project management controls.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The job holder will serve as the process analyst to end users and project stakeholders in the implementation of significant process and technology changes to achieve step changes in operational handling and performance. Will develop and maintain an understanding of the overall purpose, functions and performance requirements of their assigned line of business involving a range of moderate to complex business processes.
The job holder will document the required policies (in line with local country regulations), document the optimum processes required (Process maps and Standard Operating Procedures level), make operational process recommendations to Intl Business Group (IBG) management supported by detailed analysis to assist with driving forward operational performance and efficiency whilst improving customer satisfaction. Supervisory responsibilities include providing guidance, feedback and training to users and supporting change efforts with the department.
The job holder will seek guidance and advice from the IBG staff on major policy, strategic, sensitive or controversial issues.
